If you wish to register your child(ren) please send an email to opiopinformation@gmail.com and provide the following information:

• Your name, address, phone number and email address

• Name of each child you will be registering

• Birthdate of each child

When registration is open you will receive an email with a CAMPDOC link to complete camper registration. They will provide you with all the instructions and procedures for registering your children. You will be able to enter some information directly on the screen, while other documents will need to be scanned and uploaded to the computer system. You will be able to specify who can pick up your children from the camp, provide important documents digitally (such as health insurance), and we will ask you to sign a list of rules that apply to you and your children.

• Make checks out to St. George Pathfinders of America.

• Families who have not paid for a previous camp visit (or if their payment method fails) should contact the camp administration to resolve such cases in advance, before registering their children.

• Procedures are in place to accept credit cards for camp fees and other payments during camp.

• The camp administration made a conscientious assessment of the amount of intangible payments when visiting the camp; therefore, we can now issue tax receipts for those amounts that can be credited as charitable contributions. Please contact Treasurer Larissa Pokrovsky for these receipts.

• A fee of $50 will be charged for all returned checks. A $100 fee will be charged to families who do not pick up their child by noon on camp closing day.

• Medical insurance (or prescription drugs) is NOT included in camp fees.

• Camp fee discounts for adult leaders and volunteers will be made in strict accordance with the following scheme: 15% discount for a full week of work in one of the five key positions (nachalstvo); 10% discount for a full week of work in an official, supporting role during camp operation; maximum 30% family discount per year per family.
